Homemade curry blend

Ingredients listed below are pictured from left to right (Click on the photo to enlarge)

2 Tsp.          Kosher salt

2 Tsp.          Cumin seeds, toasted

1 Tsp.          Black peppercorn, ground

½ Tsp.         Ground ginger

½ Tsp.         Mustard seed, toasted

10                Dried curry leaves

1 Tsp.          Ground turmeric

2 Tbsp.        Coriander seeds, toasted

6                  Dried chilli pepper, halve and seeded

1 Tsp.          Fenugreek seed, toasted

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together and grind. Reserve in a sealed jar.
