Our Calgary Cooks Special Event is sold out!

We are so excited to have all these great Calgary Chefs representing their establishments come and be a part of a fun and unique demonstration event at our Culinary Centre.

Calgary cooks is a great new cookbook that came out right before Christmas in 2014, and was a favourite gift under many foodies’ Christmas trees.

We were fortunate enough to have already had a great event in November 2014 with Kensignton Riverside Inn’s chef Michel Nop, and our own Thierry Meret and Marnie Fudge presenting all of their recipes at a demonstration event, and so our Calgary Cooks event in April, we are really filling up our dance card with 6 guest chefs in total, all presenting a few techniques and tips about their recipes, and all providing a delightful taste to the guests.
