  • 1 metal/plastic scraper OR 1 metal spatula

  • 2-3 small baking/cookie sheet

  • 1 rubber spatula or wooden spoon

  • 1 stove top grilling pan or large frying pan

  • 3 small/medium heat proof mixing bowl approx. 6"

  • 1-2 heat proof casserole dish - e.g. Pyrex dish

  • kettle or pot for heating water

  • 2-3 large soup spoons

  • 1 pastry brush

  • 2 soup bowl (for serving lunch)

    PANTRY AND OTHERS:

  • Oil, vegetable or olive

  • Sea salt, fine
