We shopped today and he was completely present in care and attention... he was delighted actually.  He asked to speak with the butcher at Safeway and inquired about the different cuts and recommendations for cooking. Thank you for everything you have brought to his relationship with food.  His geographic tongue is still a reality but flavor does not need to be compromised.  We found Urfa pepper and he is quite pleased because he can experience the pepper taste without the heat. He wants to take one of your specialized workshops one day.  He said maybe for a Christmas present.  I trust we will see you again one day in your Centre.  For now, I am loving the effects of his latest experience in the course...
